What are your office hours?
Mon- Fri 9am - 4pm, Sat & Sun 9am- 12pm.
What type of payment methods do you accept?
We accept visa, mastercard, amex or bank transfer.
Can I get a full refund?
At the time of booking we take a 50% deposit. Reservations may be cancelled up to 30 days before arrival. Should you cancel within 30 days of arrival, you will forfeit your deposit.
Pet friendly?
No. Leave your furry friends at home. Bay Royal Apartments are not pet friendy.
